Ultra Painting was formed in late 2018 by Carlos Alvarez.  It was formed with a very simple mission in mind.   So simple in fact, that the Ultra Painting mission can be summed up in one word.  That word is excellence.  First and foremost this means providing finished painting projects that meet or exceed industry standard.   But it also encompasses all the other tasks before and after the actual painting takes place.   From comprehensive estimates to close-out documents,  Ultra Painting is committed to providing customers with excellence in every way.

About Carlos Alvarez

Carlos Alvarez began in the painting industry as an apprentice for RC Painting in 1994.   At RC he progressed from apprentice to journeyman, and then from journeyman to master craftsman.  He became crew leader and was eventually promoted to site lead.  In 2001 he was promoted out of the field and became a superintendent responsible for managing multiple projects.  In an effort to gain more knowledge about the financial side of the paint business, he took a job as an estimator with Seattle Painting Specialists in 2005.  In October of 2006 he helped form and became part owner of Lux Painting based out of Lynnwood.  Serving as the director of field operations, he oversaw up to 20 employees and the completion of well over 17 million dollars worth of painting projects.
